We stand behind our made in America products and want you to be satisfied with them. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying you, our customer.

WORRY-FREE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
KettlePizza stands by our satisfaction guarantee of a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your order date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them to us for exchange or refund.

  • If you bought your KettlePizza from one of our retailers you will need to return it to them
  • The original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded

REFUNDS

  • If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
  • PayPal charges will be refunded to the PayPal email address that was used to place the order. Please do not open a dispute before contacting us.
  • Amazon payments will be refunded to the Amazon account that was used to place the order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges, unless it was an error on our part.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
  • Accessories such as stones, baking steels and peels
  • Manual and warranty
