Rustic Grilled Corn Pizza With Roasted Onions
  1. Cut corn off the cob and blanch in simmering water for 3 minutes, drain and cool.
  2. Cut 1/4 of red onion into 1/2 inch strips and toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Place chopped onions on a pizza pan and cook for 5-10 minutes in your KettlePizza. Let cool.
  4. When vegetables are cool, add mozzarella and mozzarella to your favorite dough.
  5. Top with corn, onions, parmesan, and chives.
