Pizza Oven Kits For Weber Charcoal Grills
KettlePizza charcoal grill inserts fit virtually any kettle-style charcoal grill (like Weber-style charcoal grills) and turn them into real wood-fired pizza ovens.
Baking the perfect Neapolitan Pizza is more than just cooking. It is an art, and this kind of art can only be perfected if you have the right type of oven for it. We created KettlePizza inserts so cooks can create the perfect pizza at home using their own Weber kettle grill.
KettlePizza pizza oven kits fit between the Weber kettle grill bottom and lid creating high temperature cooking chamber with consistent heat (since the lid doesn’t need to be removed). Using charcoal briquets along with some hardwood and cooks can achieve temperature in excess of 750 degrees F. The hardwood helps to elevate the temperature and provides a smokey, wood-fired flavor to your pizza. Many of our pizza oven kits are expandable too to fit both 18.5″ and 22.5″ round Weber grills. And we make an expansion plate to accommodate the Weber 26.5″ charcoal kettle as well.
